John Calcagno was appointed CEO of Aircraft, Inc. in 2021. Calcagno is a seasoned and successful executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, distribution and sales. He has worked as the longest-serving CFO, and he has been with the group for the last 11 years. He has also worked in more responsible positions throughout his career at Acerra Consortium, Alltel (Supply) Communications Products, Coca-Cola and CR Bard. Calcagno began his career as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Calcagno holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University with an emphasis in political science and is a certified public accountant. In addition, he is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force.

Danny started working for Aircraft in 1998, and he has worked in increasingly responsible financial management positions. He was recently appointed Vice President and CFO in 2022. Danny is responsible for leading the finance, IT and project management departments. In his role, he oversees all financial reporting, finance, budgeting, invoicing and cost accounting functions. He is heavily involved in product pricing, contract operations, employee benefits and other administrative tasks.
Danny entered accounting in 1996, where he worked with O'Haire, Kmetz and Company (now Kmetz, Elwell, Graham & Associates). During his career in public accounting, he has worked in both tax and insurance services across a variety of industries, including manufacturers, governments and organizations.
Danny attended the University of Central Florida where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting. He went on to complete his fifth year of educational requirements in Florida at Rollins College.

Buddy joined Aircraft in 1998 and has worked in product development positions with increasing responsibility in design, aviation technology, testing and certification. As managing director and chief engineer, he was responsible for the M600's concept design, avionics and testing operations. He is currently responsible for our NTSB and FAA relationships, as well as product development strategies and innovation across the business. Using technology in a way that improves safety, productivity, usability and customer-oriented product development is his biggest goal. In addition, he continues to guide throughout the entire design process and is an active driver of the entire product line.
Buddy holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Central Florida.
He is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics in addition to the Society of Experimental Test Pilots. He is also an FAA Designated Technical Representative and Aircraft ODA Planner.

Ron Gunnarson is the airline's director of sales, marketing and customer support. Appointed to this position in January 2017, Gunnarson is responsible for the development and implementation of global sales and marketing strategies to accelerate the airline's growth, as well as contributing to the development of overall product and business strategies. Ron also leads the global customer support team.
Ron brings 30 years of general aviation marketing experience to the aircraft. Prior to joining the group, Ron served as Director of Marketing at Textron Aviation, where he was responsible for strategic product development, product placement and the strategic execution of all global marketing activities. Ron also served as director of marketing for Beechcraft Corp. and Director of Marketing and Communications at Hawker Beechcraft Corp.
Ron is a former pilot captain with over 2800 hours of flight time and type ratings in the Hawker 400XP and Beechcraft King Air 350. Ron has a bachelor's degree in aviation studies and a bachelor's degree in communications/public relations from the University of North Dakota.

Greg Spadaro joined Aircraft as Director of Materials in April 2010, responsible for planning/scheduling, production control, procurement and finance. He was appointed Senior Operations Director in 2011, expanding his responsibilities with the introduction of a new ERP platform (Infor LN). He brings more than 24 years of supply chain management with a Lean Manufacturing background and six Sigma experience to the senior management team. Prior to joining Aircraft, Greg worked as an equipment manager for fourteen years in the marine industry with Pursuit Boats. Before that, he worked in an electronics manufacturing company in planning and purchasing tasks.
Spadaro holds a bachelor's degree in international management with a minor in computer science from Central Connecticut State University in Bridgeport, CT. He also attended a training program in Trust Administration and Estate Planning at Williams College in Williamstown, MA. He has also taken many Lean manufacturing courses, visited companies for manufacturing best practice measurements, completed a Six Sigma green belt and is certified in APICS.

Marc Ouellet was appointed Director of Engineering in September 2022, but has been part of the management team since September 2019. In his new position, Ouellet will lead the Engineering and Publishing Services team. In addition, Ouellet is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices and ensuring that the right design skills, processes and tools are in place to design, assemble, build, test, validate, deliver and support aircraft products.
Ouellet has more than 30 years of experience in general aviation engineering and has been working for it since 1998. Ouellet started as a system engineer working on the Meridian Fuel System project and has gradually increased his level of responsibility in technology to his current position as vice president.
Before joining the group, Ouellet worked as a power plant engineer at Bombardier in Montreal on the CL-415 and at Boeing in Seattle on the certification of the 747 Rolls-Royce engine.
